Family and Authorities Intensify Search Efforts for 24-Year-Old Last Seen on November 3 |
The Gallatin community is uniting in a determined effort to locate James Gestwicki, a 24-year-old resident who has been missing since November 3.
According to the Gallatin Police Department, James was last observed walking alone near South Water Avenue in Gallatin, Tennessee.
At the time, he was dressed in gray sweatpants, a dark hoodie, and black shoes.
Standing at 5'7" with dark brown hair, James has a distinctive "LOVE" tattoo on his right hand near the thumb.
His family has expressed deep concern, noting that pre-existing medical conditions may impair his ability to return home safely.
In response, they have established a dedicated Facebook page to coordinate search efforts and disseminate information.
Authorities have conducted thorough searches of James's residence using canine units.
The dogs traced his scent to a nearby four-way stop, where the trail unfortunately ended.
Additionally, police have reviewed footage from approximately 60 surveillance cameras throughout the area but have yet to uncover any leads.
Determined to find James, his family has been actively distributing flyers and searching local parks in Gallatin.
They are urging residents, particularly those near Central Drive, to review their security camera footage from November 3 for any signs of James.
A community search party is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at 195 Sumner Avenue in Gallatin.
Community members are encouraged to participate in the search or share any information that might assist in locating James.
