The Sumner County Beekeepers Association is thrilled to announce the inaugural Beekeeper Jamboree, scheduled for March 28, 2026, at the Gallatin Civic Center.
This event aims to unite beekeeping enthusiasts from across Sumner County, TN, and beyond.
Renowned apiarist Kent Williams will deliver the keynote address, sharing his extensive knowledge and passion for beekeeping.
The Jamboree will feature eight lecture sessions covering various aspects of apiculture, providing valuable insights for both novice and experienced beekeepers.
Attendees can also explore vendor booths offering the latest beekeeping equipment and products.
To kick off the festivities, a pre-conference mixer is planned for Friday evening, March 27, 2026, offering a casual setting for participants to network and share experiences.
Adding to the excitement, Hancock Bees has generously donated a nucleus colony (Nuc) to be raffled off during the conference.
Raffle tickets are priced at $5 each and can be purchased through the Sumner County Beekeepers Association's website here.
Proceeds from the raffle will support local beekeeping initiatives and educational programs.
