With over 15 years in the senior living industry, Locke's extensive background encompasses roles in social work, skilled nursing, post-acute care, assisted living, and memory care.
She holds a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and a master's in social work from Middle Tennessee State University.
Originally from Brentwood, Tennessee, Locke was raised in a multicultural family with French and Indian roots.
Inspired by her parents' examples of resilience and compassion, she brings a unique perspective to her leadership approach.
Her goal is to create a warm and peaceful home environment where residents and families feel respected, supported, and confident in the care they receive.
Locke emphasizes that senior living is about more than providing care—it's about creating a true sense of home.
