Vintage Baker's Crossing: Gallatin's Newest Luxury Apartment Community Breaks Ground

Construction has commenced on Vintage Baker's Crossing, a 252-unit luxury apartment community situated on 26.13 acres in Gallatin, Tennessee.

 

This development is a collaborative effort between TDK Cos. and Summerlin Development, aiming to meet the growing housing demand in Sumner County.

 

Located north of Nashville Pike and west of Tulip Poplar Drive, Vintage Baker's Crossing offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed to cater to diverse resident needs.

 

Construction is projected to be completed between October and December of 2027.

 

John Keach, co-CEO and principal of TDK Cos., highlighted Gallatin's appeal, noting the city's robust job growth and high quality of life as key factors attracting new residents.

 

He emphasized that the community is designed to provide a modern, convenient, and comfortable lifestyle, featuring pedestrian-friendly environments with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

 

Community amenities at Vintage Baker's Crossing include a pool with in-water tanning ledges and lap lanes, private cabanas, an outdoor covered patio area, a pet park and spa, a fire pit, outdoor grills, a fitness center, and valet trash service.

 

The clubhouse will feature flatscreen TVs and coffee and wine bars, enhancing the communal experience.

 

Each apartment unit is equipped with full-size washers and dryers, mudroom entries, hardwood-inspired and ceramic tile flooring, kitchen islands with quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

 

These features are designed to offer residents a blend of luxury and practicality.

 

In 2024, TDK Cos. delivered nearly 2,000 housing units across eight developments in five states, valued at over $506 million.

 

Since its founding in 1959, the company has completed over 20,000 housing units and 150 municipal and school projects, with a total value exceeding $1.4 billion.

 

In May 2024, TDK Cos. also broke ground on Vintage Pleasant Grove in Mt. Juliet, a mixed-use development featuring 265 multifamily homes, 14 office suites, and a Red Bicycle Coffee Shop.

 

Construction for this project is also scheduled for completion in 2027.

 

Vintage Baker's Crossing is strategically located approximately one mile from the intersection of TN-109 and Nashville Pike, and half a mile from national grocery chains like Aldi and Walmart, as well as local favorites such as Keke's Breakfast Cafe.

 

This prime location offers residents convenient access to essential services and dining options.
